4-Day Tour from Marrakech to Tangier Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura – Dades Gorge

Your 4 days tour from Marrakech starts from Marrakech in the south and moves on through the High Atlas Mountains. Cross the Tizi n’Tichka pass and enjoy a beautiful landscape while driving. Ait Ben Haddou is a historical ksar where you should definitely stop because of its specific earthen landscapes. After visiting the old Kasbah move to Ouarzazate which is referred to as the Morocco Hollywood. If time permits spend the day at Atlas Film Studios, and then move to Skoura, an interesting oasis. Last, get to Dades Gorge where one can enjoy view the spectacular nature of the rocks.

Day 2:Dades Gorge – Todra Gorge – Arfoud – Erg Chebbi Merzouga

Begin your day by having a drive through the ooh and awe inspiring Dades Valley. Don’t fail to visit the Todra Gorge which has superb tall cliffs magnificently impressive. Have a passive walk through the stunning locality of the gorge accompanied by a pleasant wind. Then go to Arfoud which is referred to as the Sahara gateway. From here transfer to Erg Chebbi, the golden sand dunes of the desert are in store for you. Experience a camel ride at the backdrop of amazing sunset over the sand dunes. Spend the night in a desert camp with entertainment from traditional artists, by having a good meal taken under the stars.

Day 3 :Erg Chebbi – Arfoud – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Azrou – Ifran – Fes

After breakfast go for a sightseeing on the Ziz Valley marked for its large palm groves in the region. Through Midelt extend and proceed into the Middle Atlas. It is recommended to take a break in Azrou, here there are the representative cedar landscapes and, of course, Barbary monkeys. If you go on, you pass through the town of Ifran, which is like any town in Europe in terms of built up area, before arriving at Fes, another very historic Moroccan city that plays a major part in shaping Moroccan culture.
